This interactive workshop centered on the book, How to Mentor Anyone in Academia: A practical guide to the art of mentorship in higher education by Maria LaMonaca Wisdom features faculty panelists sharing mentoring insights. Attendees will learn practical strategies for shaping approaches to teaching, research, and service. This session will serve as a kickoff to our Mentoring Faculty at AU series.
