Investigative Reporting Workshop

The Investigative Reporting Workshop Graduate Fellow researches and reports for one or more major investigations during the academic year. Recent reporting and co-publishing partners include The Washington Post, The Fresno Bee, The Tampa Bay Times, Public Health Watch, WAMU in Washington and WWNO in New Orleans.

ESPN

The AU SOC ESPN fellow joins investigative efforts as part of the Enterprise Unit. Fellows have access to mentors from a team of about 50 journalists and managers, including sourcing, reporting, data journalism, freedom of information requests and more. Applicants should have 2-5 years of investigative experience. Prior work in or an embrace of reporting on systemic and social inequities is highly favored.
