Get Started on Your SPA Graduate Application

SPA's Fall 2025 Priority Application Deadline has been extended to March 15, 2025. SPA supports all alumni, current and probationary Federal employees, as well as USAID affiliated staff and contractors. SPA will waive your application fee, welcome your application for all on-campus master’s degree and graduate certificate programs, and, upon admission, prioritize you for merit aid consideration.
